Refund Policy

At Memento Investments, Inc., we strive to provide high-quality real estate consulting services to our clients. Because our services involve preparation, time commitment, and intellectual expertise, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy. By engaging our services or making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refunds and Cancellations

Non-Refundable Once Services Are Delivered: All fees are non-refundable once a consultation, analysis, or service has been provided.
48 Hours or More: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund.
24–48 Hours: Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of a scheduled consultation are eligible for a 50% refund or a one-time reschedule.
Less than 24 Hours / No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled consultation, are not eligible for a refund and will be treated as a forfeited session.

Subscriptions, Auto-Drafts, and Payment Plans

If you enroll in a subscription, auto-draft, or installment plan, you authorize Memento Investments, Inc. to automatically charge your payment method on file for the agreed-upon amount and frequency.

It is your responsibility to maintain valid payment information and sufficient funds in your account.

Failed or Bounced Payments: If a payment is declined, returned, or fails, we may:

Suspend or terminate access to services until payment is resolved, and/or
Apply a minimum $25 administrative fee (or the maximum allowed by law) for each failed transaction.
Repeated failed payments may result in termination of services without refund.

No Guarantee of Results

Real estate investing involves market risks, regulatory changes, and factors beyond our control. Memento Investments, Inc. makes no warranties or guarantees regarding specific outcomes, profits, or financial returns from the use of our consulting services. Any examples of past performance are illustrative only and not a promise of future results.

Force Majeure

Memento Investments, Inc. shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disputes, technology failures, internet outages, or public health emergencies. In such cases, services may be rescheduled but refunds will not be issued.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the matter. Any unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as a breach of contract, and Memento Investments, Inc. reserves the right to pursue collection of the disputed amount, plus any associated fees, costs, or attorney’s fees.

Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the relevant laws of the United States of America and State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
